Chloe was so kind and helpful. She explained everything really well and put my mind at rest. I came out of there feeling a lot better than when I walked in.

Nothing everything was 10 out of 10. The clinic was very clean. The staff could not have been more welcoming

The recent issues which let the side down were:- I had 2 accounts created in error which took ages to merge Not all relevant tests were performed for my Prep review which caused delay and extra appointments My results did not come through to my phone as the incorrect number was recorded My email wasnt replied to so that I could obtain results. The staff though are truly wonderful so it is a shame I had to keep visiting clinic to sort out issues

There is no backup facility when staff are sick so people were discouraged or turned away from attending walk-in sessions

Can’t fault the team. Caring and understood my situation and I felt entirely comfortable and that my problem was important to them.

I don’t think there is anything today that could have been improved.

I have recently needed to book my checkup appointment and after some difficulties doing it myself I spoke to honestly the most wondering person through emails, Carly was their name and I was provided clear and easy to follow information whilst also managing to engage in some light back and forth humour which made the whole situation a breath of fresh air which was welcome when trying to book something which can be quite distressing. 10/10 Carly needs a promotion or raise because she has been the best person I have ever spoken to for customer service!! Thank you Carly
